9/11/19

Today in Human Geo, we get assigned seats and I like my seat, but then we just started talking about what we did yesterday and what slide we left off on. We kept talking about excellence and democracy and how in 508 BC was when democracy first happened. Then we went over some other things, something were a review from yesterday but some of it had more information than the other ones. So we copied what was on the board and the other information that was on the board. That is mainly what we did for class then we talked about 9/11 for a little in the beginning and then Mr. Schick talked about what we knew about 9/11 and how his student's was in 9/11 and her father died.

Today in Human Geo we watched this video by this swedan man named Hans Rosling. He talked about 200 years ago and how our economy has changed in a good way and a little in a bad way. He talked about how 200 years ago most of the world was down on the graph at poor and sick and as the years progressed so did some of the countries. United Kingdom was kind of like the 1st ones to make the industrial revolution a thing. When they came up with machines to do things that would take people longer, it made things go faster and it was made products be finished quicker and the more products that were made and sold the more money it would be for that country. As the years progressed so did our economy and now China, India and the United States are one of the tops countries that are in the top of the graph.

Population and Settlement

Today in Human Geo we went over about population and settlement more. Mr. Schick went over the stuff that we did the other day, when we were learning about cia.gov and answers the questions and trying to find the answers using that website. We went over that today and Mr. Schick talked about some of the stuff on it and if we didn't understand he would talk about it more until we understood it, but there wasn't too many people confused. We didn't finish going over it so we will probably go over the rest of it tomorrow.

Post Test

Today in Human Geo we just took the test and I feel like I did okay on it but I wasn't too sure about some the questions and I couldn't remember what I the answer was. I also kind of saved myself because the answer was Papua New Guinea but it didn't say that, it said like a country north of Australia and I put the fertile crescent because I didn't see that answer. But after I finish the test before turning it in, I made sure that everything was answered and I went back to some of the questions I wasn't too sure about and I reread that one and I changed my answer because I read it again and I realized that it didn't say Papua New Guinea but it was referring too it. There was like I feel like a lot of trick questions on this test.
